The spiked knuckles is a weapon that was to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
Characteristics[]
Typically made of metal, generally brass, they consist of four finger holes and a grasp bar for a better hold with a closed fist. Unlike normal brass knuckles, these have a metal plate across the knuckles with four spikes on, one for each knuckle. Meaning not only does the victim feel the force of the punch, but also the devastating effects of spikes being driven in.
