Spain, specifically its colonial empire, is mentioned in the Fallout intro and on the back of the Fallout Pen and Paper d20 guide. The Pillars of Hercules are mentioned in the Pioneer Scouts exams. The Cheyenne Mountain facility offers a Spanish language countdown.[1] Dean Domino visited the country's capital of Madrid before the Great War, where he got himself into a difficult situation.[2]
