- Sold at the Nuka-Cade for 150 Nuka-Cade tickets (items rotate every couple of days).
- Six can be found across the Galactic Zone.
- Three can be found in a blue crate on the second floor of the Little Nuka Gift Shop in Bradberton.
- One in the RobCo Battlezone.
- Potential spawns
- Can be found as random loot in containers.
- Possible random drop when opening rare Vault-Tec lunchboxes (i.e. ones with stickers), but not from Vault-Tec lunchboxes without stickers.
- Possible random drop when opening Nuka-Cola lunchboxes.
