Solomon is a drug vendor who runs the shop Chem-I-Care in the Diamond City market. He is also referenced in a holotape found in Forest Grove marsh, stating that he is requesting mutated ferns. His house contains a suitcase, a first aid box mounted on the wall, and assorted chems.

- Botany Class: Solomon asks the Sole Survivor to find him a mutated fern flower, offering Forest Grove marsh as a possible search location. It's possible to extort him for more money through three separate Charisma checks: 125 caps, then 150 caps, and then 200 caps.
