The Sniper's nest is a location in the Mojave Wasteland. The Gobi Campaign scout rifle can be found there in a footlocker with a very hard lock (requires 100 lock picking). A Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap can be found on the Wooden bench.
Layout
It is made of three rusty galvanized metal sheets with two for the sides and one for the roof, and has enough room for one person, maybe two. There is also a small camouflaged net where a sniper could lay overlooking the Legion Settlement at Cottonwood Cove. It is possible to reach the shack without alerting the Legion.
In addition to the Gobi Campaign scout rifle here, which is well worth getting, there are (36) .308 rounds, a Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Cap, Pre-War Money, Wonderglue, and a bed and campfire at this location.
