Snake Water is an overseer quest and the final part of The Wizard of Water multi-stage questline in Fallout Shelter.
Walkthrough
The building is divided into a left and right section, the left side being larger. On the second floor, there is a broodmother and a mole rat and the next room to the left has a pair of feral ghouls. On the third floor, there is a pair of deathclaws, in the rightmost room is a pair of radscorpions. From here, the elevator leads down to the right side of the building, as well as up to the top floor. There is a irradiated radroach accompanied by two radroaches one floor down, and the bottom room has a pair of feral ghouls.
On the top floor, in the second room, is an irradiated radroach with one other radroach. The next room has the Wizard of Water. He may either be fought or a cap reward accepted instead. Both options result in receiving an elder robe. The room contains two Nuka-Cola Quantums.

Behind the scenes
The name of this quest comes from Snake Oil Tonic, which was sold by Snake Oil salesmen during the 19th century. They were proclaimed as miracle medicine claiming they could cure a plethora of ailments, make the user stronger and increase their longevity.
