The location is located in the Mire region, on the eastern edge of Appalachia. The nearest location is Valley Galleria. This location is one of 36 places where the effect of memory blackout due to Nukashine can transfer.
A fragment of a wall or floor is unknown how it fell in the middle of the river near the Valley Galleria. A skeleton lies on the raft, surrounded by a cleaver, a box, two empty bottles of moonshine, an overturned cross, and a fearful animal on the table. A second skeleton dangles under the bottom of this makeshift raft, and at the bottom lies an empty bottle of Nukashine. A little to the southwest there is an outdoor toilet on the water.
