Sissy was a child living in Watoga before the Great War.
Background[]
After her cat Mr. Sparkles became stuck in a tree, Sissy appealed to a passing Watoga Emergency Services Protectron for help getting him out of the tree. The protectron, misunderstanding the request, proceeded to shoot the cat out of the tree, believing it was trespassing.[1]
