The single action revolver, or Colt single action army[1] is a non-automatic pistol in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
This revolver is a single action model, most likely manufactured in the U.S.[2] and uses .44 rounds. When reloading, the cylinder is loaded one round at a time and it is rotated before loading each new cartridge, with the reload process being interruptible. The single action revolver deals slightly more damage than the .44 pistol, has good accuracy but a low fire rate and a very limited number of modifications. Its in-game model seems to lack a firing pin.

Variants[]
- Fancy single action revolver - An uncommon variant which can only be obtained by turning in a Pleasant Valley claim ticket. It has a very low chance of dropping and does not accept modifications for the standard revolver variant.
- Gunther's Big Iron - A unique, legendary variant obtainable from the event Most Wanted, added by the Nuka-World on Tour update.

- Plans for the revolver are purchasable from Responder vendor bots.
- One can be found in stash M-3 in Morgantown's bank once the door is unlocked during Back on the Beat.
- Found in US government supply crates.
- May spawn randomly with legendary effects
- May be rewarded randomly for completing daily quests.
Notes[]
- The gun's in-game model contains only a single round of ammunition in its cylinder.
- The single action revolver's cylinder can be spun despite the fact it is not half-cocked in the first person model.
- In third person view, users reloading the revolver do not eject spent casings from its cylinder despite this being done in first person.
- A holstered single action revolver is present on the vault survivor outfit. However, it has a different set of grips and a shorter barrel compared to the player usable version.
