The Simpson residence is a house in the Tranquility Lane simulation.
Background
The home of Martha Simpson, neighbor to both the Rockwell and Dithers families.
Layout
Surrounded by a white picket fence, as with all houses in Tranquility Lane, it appears untouched by war. A gnome stands amongst flowers just outside the fence, and a Corvega Sedan sits in the driveway. The residence has two stories with the front door entering to the living room.
On the ground level, there is also a bathroom and a kitchen. Upstairs, the house has another bathroom, a study, and a bedroom with a queen sized bed with lacy underwear laid out on the mattress.
Notes
The lacy underwear is one of the items required to complete Betty's tasks.
Appearances
The Simpson residence appears only in Fallout 3.
