Speak to Meg. An infobox warning that this decision is important will appear. Inform Meg that you're ready to start the vault heist. The quest completes once the player character is done speaking to Meg. Agreeing to work with the Raiders in this quest will auto-fail Siding with Foundation and begin From Russia With Lev.
