Sick visitors is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.

This note can be found on top of a cabinet, in between a terminal and safe, behind the cash register in the golf rental shop, at the entrance of Dino Peaks Mini Golf.

Another guest started throwing up yesterday, right by the gate, and just as a family with two kids were walking in. One kid got sick all over their shoes, and it was so embarrassing! I had to let the family play for free as an apology.
This guy complained about feeling nauseous around the Suuwassea initially, but mentioned he could smell something odd around all of our dinos. He said it reminded him of the smell around the big Abraxodyne plant.
I'm getting a little nervous that he suspects something as I saw him snapping photos. I think we should try to get rid of some barrels before anyone comes digging - quite literally!
I'll come back tonight to start shifting some by myself. I'd appreciate your help.
