Walkthrough
Beckett's brother, Frankie, has been kidnapped by the Blood Eagles. One of the gang's leaders, the Eye, may have more information on Frankie's whereabouts. Go to the Vantage. Find the holotape and bring it to Beckett to complete the quest.
