Shotgun shells are a type of ammunition in Fallout 3.
Characteristics[]
The Buckslayer brand shotgun shell is common in the Capital Wasteland, as they are carried by all enemies that use any shotgun weapon.

Locations[]
- Can be found mostly in filing cabinets, gore bags, ammo boxes, and Enclave crates, and, in rare cases, desks, especially with the Scrounger perk.
- Most merchants have a good supply of shells.
- In the Evergreen Mills bazaar, Smiling Jack will have around 70 of them in his inventory, which can be stolen with no Karma loss.
- Four ammo boxes in the Dickerson Tabernacle Chapel.
- Three boxes in the yao guai tunnels, in/near a bookcase just to the left of the main four-way crossing.
