Background
He is the owner of the memorabilia shop in the Cathedral. He does not tolerate thieves, asking such scoundrels to leave the Cathedral for good.

He encourages the Vault Dweller to buy some items to remember their trip to the Cathedral by. His prices are definitely not cheap. He dislikes dealing with thieves, whom are not tolerated in his presence. If he catches the Vault Dweller stealing, he will take them to the Master, whom he refers to as the Holy Flame, for punishment.
