Background[]
These men wearing sheriff uniforms are little more than gang enforcers working for Sorrel Booker's "Govermint". They include Troy and Rex, as well as at least two others.[1]

The Trap[]
Four sheriffs find the Ghoul in the Super Duper Mart. Two of them, Troy and Rex, arrest him and take him to meet President Booker; however, after this meeting with Booker, the Ghoul kills the two sheriffs.[1]
