Sheila was a survivor of the Great War and a companion of Samuel.
Background[]
Sheila and Samuel were attempting to find food when she pointed him in the direction of Cow Spots Creamery. She told him that there were machines there that could produce bottles of cream to keep them from starving. When Samuel activated the machines, the loud noise attracted a variety of creatures, which Samuel was forced to fight off. Angered, he decided to keep the cream he managed to save and left Sheila behind.[1]
