The sharp blade is a weapon mod in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Fantasy Hero Set".

When equipped on the steel sword, it appears with the "Sharp" prefix. The weapon gains the ability to inflict the bleeding (
) status effect, dealing 16 points of damage at 2 per second for 8 seconds, per hit.

The sharp blade does not spawn as loot, nor is it sold by any merchants in the game. It can only be obtained via crafting at a weapons workbench.
