Settlers are deceased wastelanders found in settlements and locations across Appalachia.
Background[]
Settlers were common people of Appalachia that attempted to find a peaceful way of living in the aftermath of the Great War. Many took to farming or found shelter in towns across the region. In 2102, the human populace of Appalachia was wiped out by warring factions and the Scorched Plague, and the corpses of dead settlers can be found throughout the region. Members of the Settlers who came to Appalachia in 2103 can also be found deceased, in some occasions replacing the corpses of settlers from prior to 2102.

With the Wastelanders update, the outfits worn by deceased settlers were updated to include those worn by the Settlers of Foundation.
