Security guard's final goodbye is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update.
Location[]
The note can be found inside a security booth along the northern wall of the Dark Hollow Manor grounds (west of its fast travel spawn point), next to a civilian corpse.
Transcript[]
I feel like a character in one of them pulp horror magazines... I think I'm the only one left. And when I say "left," I don't mean alive, I mean not... turned. Something happened down in the Vault.
I can hear them outside, banging on the door and shrieking nonsense like "DEMONS" and "SPIRITS". They keep popping and sparking like someone stuck a fork in a power outlet. My terminal's power has been fried, and my lamp keeps flickering, too.
I'm afraid this door won't last much longer. I'm scared. Please God, don't make me one of them…
