Scratch is a deceased super mutant from Appalachia in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Capital Wasteland Mercenaries." A member of the Good Fighters, he can be found dead in Galaxy News Radio in 2287.
Background[]
Scratch was a super mutant from Appalachia who came to the Capital Wasteland sometime prior to 2287, when he encountered the Good Fighters. They accepted the semi-intelligent mutant into their ranks and Scratch recorded a holotape log with the help of Wasteland Joe, who transcribed Scratch's thoughts. He was killed during the Talon Company's attack on the radio station.
