Scott Shepherd is a deceased member of the Responders and resident of Flatwoods in Appalachia. His body can be found at 2 Church Road in Flatwoods.
Background[]
Scott Shepherd was a nurse before the Great War who volunteered up with the Responders after the bombs fell, providing his services in exchange for supplies and housing. He was a paranoid person, as detailed in his survivor story, believing that 9 days, 19 hours before the War he was attacked by aliens, and that they orchestrated the war and controlled who survived, who died, and everything in between.[1] He also had theories on other topics, mainly political and paranormal, which he shared with the other survivors.[2]
