Scott Lawlor is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as an audio director.

Work on the Fallout series[]
Lawlor created ambient music systems that seamlessly faded in and out of tracks to serve as guides during gameplay, as the player navigated different locations.[1] He was also responsible for implementing the ambient tracks by Mark Morgan from Fallout and Fallout 2's soundtracks into New Vegas.[2]
