The scope is a weapon mod in Fallout 4.
Effects[]
When equipped on a missile launcher, the weapon appears with the "Scoped" prefix and a telescopic scope attached to the left side. It gains a 10x magnification when aiming, a 20% increase to accuracy when aiming, and 20% increased transition speed when aiming at the cost of 20% decreased weapon stability and 50% increased AP cost in V.A.T.S.

The scope modification does not spawn as loot. It can be crafted at a weapons workbench.
It may appear equipped on missile launchers carried by NPCs, including but not limited to:
- Raiders
- Super mutants
- Gunners
- Brotherhood soldiers (during Airship Down)
- Institute Gen-1 & Gen-2 synths (during Airship Down)
It may also appear equipped on those sold by weapons vendors, including but not limited to:
- KL-E-0 in Goodneighbor
- Proctor Teagan onboard the Prydwen
- Cricket (traveling merchant)
- Ronnie Shaw at the Castle (after Old Guns)
- Aaron Corbett at the Nuka-Town market
