The schematics - bottlecap mine are the schematics needed to make the Explosives weapon bottlecap mine in Fallout 3.
Characteristics[]
Multiple schematics will increase the number of bottlecap mines made from a single set of ingredients: Two schematics ("version 2") will make two bottlecap mines from the same amount of materials, and three schematics will make three mines. You cannot make four at a time even though you can acquire four schematics.
Locations[]
- A quest reward from Moira in Megaton after the Minefield portion of the Wasteland Survival Guide quest.
- Jocko's Pop & Gas stop, northwest of Tenpenny Tower and east of Girdershade.
- Dashwood's safe, in Tenpenny Tower, received for completing A Manhandled Manservant.
- One can be bought from Knick Knack in Little Lamplight.
Components[]
Once you have the schematics, you will need a workbench and each of the following items:
Component locations[]
- All of the components for the bottlecap mine can be found in Pinkerton's lab.
- All the components can be found in the lower level of Old Olney next to a workbench.
