One of General Atomic's more well-respected employees at the U.S. Robotics Technology Facility RB-2851, she was eventually fired by Lieutenant Justin Green after she was caught attaching a Robobrain head to one of the computers and talked to it. She asked "was it sad" and "could it feel pain."[1]
