Sara Matthews was a developer who worked at Bethesda Softworks on Fallout 76 as a quality assurance tester. Matthews passed away some time after the release of the game. The character of Sara Matthews in Steel Dawn was named after her, and a tribute to Matthews was included in the update's credits.
