Sandy, referred to as a civilian in-game, is a deceased woman at the East Mountain lookout. Her appearance is randomly generated.
Background
Sandy lived with her lover Gerald in the lookout tower after surviving the Great War, where they created a garden along the tower's stairs. Four years after establishing their home, Sandy died in her sleep. Gerald remarked that he would likely join her soon, which appears to be true as of 2102, as the two are found dead together in a double bed at the top of the lookout tower.[1]
