Colonel Sanders is an Enclave military officer, responsible for overseeing the excavation of the Mariposa Military Base.

His leadership capabilities allowed the Enclave to procure the FEV-2 sample, as well as prevent the mutated miners from overcoming the last guards and overrunning the camp setup just outside of the base.[1]
