Background[]
Samantha bought her son a Chinese commando costume for Halloween just before the Great War. This led to him running through the yard of her neighbor Gabriella "hollering." Gabriella, in the the neighborly letter, threatened to report the boy to the Vigilant Citizen's Hotline if this did not stop.
