Sam Riegel is an actor and director who worked on Fallout: New Vegas as a voice director, in addition to providing the voice for Chris Haversam, various ghouls and other additional characters. In the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor, he voiced Faraday, Cole and Brother Devin. In Fallout 76, he voiced Ranger Ross, Victor Hibbe and other additional voices, as well as the cut character Quentin Arlen.
He is the brother of fellow voice actress Eden Riegel.
