Salt Lake City was a pre-War city located in northern Utah.

Background

In 2077, 13 nuclear weapons hit the city in the span of seven minutes, destroying it entirely and leaving only craters, warped steel girders, and mounds of bricks making up the remains of the city. In 2281, the Salt Lake City area has a strong presence of Caesar's Legion and their servants, the White Legs.

The area is also known to have been covered by giant mantises.[1]

Salt Lake City is mentioned in the Fallout: New Vegas add-ons Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road. Additionally, it was set to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3.
