It is possible to access the area before turning on the power. Access it from the theater. Inside, hop over the eastern wall. |

Notes[]
- Upon acquiring issue #5, the effect of "SCAV! - Motivationally Moneyless" becomes passive and constant, i.e. one's Strength and Endurance will dynamically adjust as the amount of caps the player character has changes.
- The perk description for "SCAV! - Bladed Bravado" is misleading; the damage bonus applies to all "one-handed" bladed weapons, not just those with the "knife" suffix. This also extends to the knuckles as well.[verification needed]
- The word "SCAV" is misspelled in the perk icon, using a "k" instead of a "c."
