Rylee is a human trader originating from Vault 81. She can be found at Longneck Lukowski's Cannery, arguing with the current owner, Theodore Collins. Afterwards, she can be found at an unmarked location south of Drumlin Diner diner and east of Walden Pond. She can be recruited as a general trader rank 4, as soon as you have the trading emporium (rank 3) built in one of your settlements with a population of 10 or more.

Appearances
Rylee appears only in Fallout 4.
Bugs
- Sometimes it won't give the option to "hire" her.
- Under certain circumstances, she can be successfully set to a settlement: Travel to your chosen settlement, and if she has failed to appear, use the "prid 0003eff3" command in the console to select Rylee, then use the function "disable", followed by "enable", then "moveto player".
If hired successfully and asked to move to a settlement, she may disappear after a while. Settlement population will initially go up when she is recruited, but then go back down when she disappears. [verified]
- However she may never lose her status as "Hireable", continually offering the dialogue choice of being able to be recruited, and may continue to perform a default action (such as farming) even when assigned to the Trader stand in the settlement, and acting/speaking as if the player had met her in the game world.
