For a cross-game overview of yao guai, see Yao guai. |
Ruzka is a unique ghoulified[Non-game 1] yao guai, living in the far northwest corner of Point Lookout in the Fallout 3 add-on Point Lookout. Ruzka is, in fact, the only yao guai found in the add-on, in a small alcove at the end of a small inlet channel, nearby the jet crash site and the sacred bog.
Background[]
Ruzka the Wonder Bear was the former star attraction of Point Lookout, known for her ball dancing abilities.[1] After the Great War, Ruzka was ghoulified by the radiation-soaked marshes of Point Lookout,[Non-game 2] surviving over two hundred years in the remote northwestern corner of Point Lookout. Amusing herself with the big red ball dating back to her circus days and preying on the unwary swampfolk, Ruzka is incredibly dangerous to anyone who happens upon her lair.[Non-game 1]
Herbert Dashwood is convinced that wastelanders are "not going to find one of these babies balancing on a big rubber ball," indicating he never met Ruzka.[2]
