The Rusty Hooks are a raider faction in Van Buren in 2251.
Background
They own the Bloomfield Space Center, and are led by Kyle the Hook. They are trying to fix the Hermes-13 spaceship to get into B.O.M.B.-001. They will attack The Prisoner on sight if he/she goes into the space center.
Appearances
The Rusty Hooks only appear in Van Buren, the cancelled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios
