The following is based on Fallout cut content. |
Rufus is a denizen of the Hub who is playing the video game Cyberhood, Prince of the Matrix in 2161.
Background[]
This denizen of the Hub is entirely focused in playing his copy of the classic video game Cyberhood, Prince of the Matrix. This game has become an obsession to him, and he is stuck on a part of it. Specifically, he can't find the the "key to Cyberspace," he is also stuck on the duck puzzle, and unless one knows the password into "Malibu Stu's," is not interested in socializing. His only real distraction is Kaira, who, whether real or virtual, is apparently quite the "fox."[1]
The fantasy worlds of Rufus' games are believed by some to be the source of a peculiar rumor about a "ship from outer space" being sighted in the wasteland.[2]
Notes[]
Cleo still mentions Rufus when talking with the Vault Dweller despite him being cut from the final version of the game.[2]
Appearances[]
Rufus was cut from Fallout.
