Doctor Rotson is a dead ghoulified doctor found in Hell's Motel within the Mesquite Mountains crater in 2281.
Background[]
Rotson was a doctor who made his home and livelihood in Hell's Motel in the western Mojave Wasteland, complete with an independent fungus farm, a personal Mister Handy and even a distillery. He was killed by unknown means, potentially by his crazed robotic assistant.

- If Rotson is resurrected using console commands, he performs a full routine, including cooking, eating, and even trading. However, he will not have any caps to barter with.
- Rotson's wasteland surgeon outfit effect will be displayed as "Dr. Barrows' Lab Coat" in the Pip-Boy. Dr. Barrows is another male ghoul doctor and medic from Fallout 3.
