Rosie is Dave's first wife, and First Lady of the Republic of Dave in 2277.

Background

Rosie is unhappy. While she is the First Lady of the Republic, no one ever asks her for an opinion on things. She is incredibly intelligent and has many suggestions for how the Republic could be made safer, happier and more efficient, but Dave is always quick to remind her where the power lies. She is starting to doubt whether leaving the caravan business she owned for Dave was a good idea.[1]

Quests

  • Election Day: You can rig Dave's election to come out in favor of Rosie, or simply tell Rosie to go vote.

Effects of player actions

  • Rosie is the "good" choice for finishing the Election Day quest. Her quiet and unassuming demeanor will cause the Republic to swell in size, while providing a safe place from the Wasteland for all who enter its borders, as a "pseudo-NCR" state. She rebuilds the Museum of Dave and renames it The Museum of Dave & Rosie.
