The Rollins labor camp (formerly Rollins work camp) is a location in the Ash Heap region of Appalachia. Following 2103, the area has been turned into a Blood Eagles base.

Background[]

A shielded camp built about the base of a towering industrial dragline excavator lodged in the ash. The earth surrounding the dragline is still burning and billowing smog. Pre-War bungalows serve as the home of the new inhabitants: members of the Blood Eagles and their mongrels.

The name of this location is not further contextualized. Presumably, before the War, this was a camp where prisoners of some specific sort were forced to work. The ubiquity of explosive collars in this time and place strongly implies the location was ostensibly a state-operated concentration camp.

Layout[]

On top of the excavator are a skeleton, a missile launcher, four missiles, and some grenades. A power armor station is located behind one of the bungalows. Beckett, a potential ally, can be found here during the quest Narrow Escape.

At the top of the crane arm sits a Jangles the Moon Monkey and two teddy bears involved in a tense situation. A long rope is coming out of a gas can, subsequently tied to a toy rocketship. The rocket toy is positioned directly underneath Jangles. Opposite of the monkey, two stuffed polar bears face it, showing a clipboard. One of the bears holds a flip lighter near the rope.
