Rocksy is a raider at the Crater in 2103.
Background
Rocksy is a raider with the responsibility of finding and identifying deserters from the gang and making sure that they do not come back, usually by sending hunters after them.
Once a day Rocksy will ask the player character to track a deserter and make sure that they get the message that deserting is not an option, either by killing them or making sure that they will leave Appalachia permanently. However, she is lenient if the deserter is convinced to return to the raiders, giving them another chance.

Appearances
Rocksy appears only in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update.
Bugs
Rocksy may inexplicably move to another location far away from the Crater.[1][verified]
- As of patch 1.3.2.10, this has been fixed, as Rocksy is permanently stationary at the school bus in the Crater.
