Robot armor (Fallout 76)

The robot armor is an armor set in Fallout 76.

Characteristics[]

The armor is made out of random robot parts. The chest piece bears a resemblance to the torso of a sentry bot, albeit much smaller to fit a human collar, while the arm and leg pieces appear to be generic pieces of machined metal. There are three helmet variants - eyebot, Assaultron, and sentry bot, seemingly made out of the head parts of the aforementioned robots.

Appearance[]

Paints can be applied to all armor parts including helmets. Although Botsmith armor can be painted with Robot armor paint, it's not possible to paint Robot armor with Botsmith armor paint

Variant[]

  • Polly's old head - assaultron helmet painted with "Polly Built To Kill" on top of a red heart.
  • Sturdy robot armor uses the same model as Botsmith armor.

Legendary effects[]

  • Robot armor body pieces can be obtained with legendary effects.
  • Legendary light armor starts to drop at level 15, sturdy at level 25 and heavy at level 30.
  • Legendary armor pieces can be bought with legendary scrip from Purveyor Murmrgh or can be awarded as drop from events or legendary enemies.
  • Robot armor effects can be re-rolled using legendary crafting feature.

  • Right leg is worth more than left leg (10 caps vs. 16 caps).
  • Crafting Sturdy armor requires the same amount of materials as crafting light armor.
  • Super Duper perk doesn't work on Assaultron helmet.
  • Assaultron helmet closes when weapons are drawn and opens when weapons are hidden.
  • Lead lined torso mod can be applied using metal armor lead lined mod box.
