Rob was a team leader working for the Nuka-Cola Corporation before the Great War.

He worked at the Cola-cars bumper car ride in Nuka-Town USA. After one of Goodwin's inspections of the attraction, he reminded his employees that he would have to fire someone if the results remained poor.[1]
