Richie is a deceased radio enthusiast in the Commonwealth in 2287.
Background[]
Richie's cousin Connie found tapes related to a fictional pre-War superhero known as "The Black Devil" and wanted to use it to bring back a vigilante who had been using the Black Devil as their alias. Connie asked Richie for help in analyzing the holotapes he had found, and Richie determined that they contained music which could be played at a pair of relay towers in the Commonwealth. The two then planned to set out and do so.[1]
However, this attracted the attention of Enclave remnants trying to retrieve the Black Devil's X-02 power armor, who then kidnapped Connie and took him to be interrogated. Richie managed to hide and evade capture, but without the holotape in Connie's possession he could only wait at relay tower 0MC-810, where he was later killed when the Enclave remnants returned to the tower.[2][3]
