Richard "unoctium" Edwards is a developer and modder who created the Quake Thunderbolt and Tesla Cannon Creation Club content. Edwards was also credited on Fallout 4 with its next-gen update in 2024. He further contributed Creations to the Verified Creator Program in 2025.
