Ribera is one of Helen's sick kids in 2253.
Background[]
Ribera is from Hoover Dam, and is the oldest of Helen's kids. He is very protective of Helen, and in some ways considers her his wife.[1] Being in the care of Helen has seen him unintentionally infected with a "Road Strain" of Limit 115.[2]
