Return to the Fountain is a cut quest in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Dead Money
Overview [ ] This is an unused quest used to direct the player back to the Villa fountain after completing the first three quests of Dead Money (Find Collar 8: "Dog" , Find Collar 12: Christine , and Find Collar 14: Dean Domino ). In the final game, this is accomplished via the first objective of Fires in the Sky instead.
The radio stations in Dead Money have a major bug related to this quest. Each of the character radio signals (the 372.12Hz ULF , 546.14Hz ULF , 631.08Hz ULF , and 743.00Hz ULF radio signals ) have several sets of dialogue dependent on Dead Money questline progression. However, the first set of radio dialogue is conditioned to end only when Return to the Fountain is completed; as the quest is never used, it is never completed, and so none of the other dialogue ever plays.
