The note can be found at Grafton Steel, pinned next to the locked blast furnace door. It cannot be picked up.

Due to the ongoing investigation about the attempted sabotage of the Blast Furnace, we are restricting access to approved personal only. Supervisor Fortney will be in charge of shift handoff of the keys and the doors shall remain locked under all hours.
