Responders paint

Responders paint is a paint scheme in Fallout 76.

Characteristics[]

Responders paint is a unique paint scheme for the pump action shotgun purchased from the Atomic Shop. When administered to the shotgun, it paints the shotgun in a black paint scheme, while the pump and stock are painted red or blue depending on the modifications. The Responders logo is added if the stock is long enough, and a heartbeat-like design is placed on the pump if the modification allows it. An engraving of either "First to the Front" or "Firebreathers" in gold is placed under the hole where the spent shells are ejected based on the modification as well. A silencer modification paints the suppressor black, but depending on the barrel modification, it can change in appearance and color to compensate.

On power armor, it gives the armor pieces a major change in appearance, the chest plate sports a large firefighter-themed Responders logo, and the back has a tank with "Responders" painted on it under the wheel that opens the power armor to climb into it. Small red emergency lights adorn the shoulders of the armor.

For the Pip-Boy, the speaker for the radio has the heart and heartbeat from from the Responders logo painted on it, the frame of the screen and where the date and clock are installed are painted red, the radio dial frame is painted blue, and the rest of the Pip-Boy is painted white.

A modification for the backpack gives is a much different appearance from the normal design. The Responders design gives it a red, rectangular appearance, a medium-sized pocket on either side, with a "West Virginia Fire & EMS" logo on the pockets, with a Responders logo below that on the main part, with a large main pocket on the front secured by a buckle and strap, with a smaller one with "RESCUE" in white letters in a white rectangular frame under that.
