Code Blue: After receiving this daily quest from Rucker, the player character is tasked with acquiring a medical item from somewhere in Appalachia. The item is turned into the Responder medic at the Whitespring Refuge. She expresses thanks, doles out the quest's rewards, and will explain the purpose of the item.
Leap of Faith: At the start of this quest, the Responder medic is found treating Leamon Price at the Whitespring Refuge, and she diagnoses him with a terminal case of radiation sickness. Although she is hesitant to share, not wanting to give Leamon false hope, she does mention rumors of a "radiation specialist" in the hills to the north, who could potentially help Leamon further.
